Question: How long does the trial period last?

Answer: You can download a game and play for free on your phone for up to five minutes, with a maximum of 5 uses (varies). Once the trial period is finished, you can easily purchase the game to continue playing.

Question: How do I purchase one of the trial games that I downloaded to my phone?

Answer: When you are prompted to buy the game, enter your cellphone number on the device and follow the directions. The charge is billed to your monthly phone bill. Once the purchase is confirmed, you will receive a license key to unlock the game. You do not need to download the game a second time.

Question: How do I buy a game directly from your store?

Answer: Buying a game is an easy process; and we work with most of the major carriers and cell phones. Once you find a game you would like to purchase, click on the BUY button next to the product and you’ll be sent to the checkout page. Enter your cell phone number and carrier and click Buy. In a matter of moments you'll receive a text message on your cell phone with further directions.

Question: What wireless carriers do TryN'Buy Games support?

Answer: TryN'Buy currently supports AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint, CellularOne and Verizon Wireless.

Question: Which games are compatible with my phone?

Answer: TryN'Buy Games support over 3000 devices made by leading handset manufacturers including Motorola, Nokia, Samsung, LG and SonyEricsson. Please keep in mind that not all products work on every phone so it is important to check game/phone compatiblity.

When you click on the image or title of a product listed, you will be taken to the Product Detail page. Scroll to the bottom of the detail pane to view a compatiblity chart for the selected game. Alternately, select your Carrier and Device from the dropdown menus near top of store interface. A listing of games compatible to your device will be shown. Question: How do you send the games I order to my cellphone?

Answer: Games are sent to your cell phone using an SMS or WAP Push message. In the message you will receive a link that allows you to download your game.

Question: Do I need to have text-messaging enabled to download games?

Answer: Yes, you must have text-messaging enabled on your cell phone to use the service. If your mobile service plan doesn't include text-messaging, please contact your mobile service provider and enable it.

Question: Does my phone need to be Mobile Internet enabled?

Answer: Yes. In order to successfully download games, your phone must be able to connect to the Web. If you're not sure that you have this feature, contact your carrier's Customer Support for more information.

Question: Why can't I download when I click on the link?

Answer: If you received the download link but can't download in WAP, WAP might not be set up correctly on your phone. Please ask your phone provider how to adjust your settings.

Question: What should I do after the download to my phone is completed?

Answer: Make sure you click the "Save" button once the download is completed to ensure the game is saved to your cell phone.
